Genan Westmoland
FounderHello! I’m Genan Westmoland, founder of Promised Crown Severe Disability Transition Program, Inc.
For more than two decades, my passion has been serving individuals with disabilities and their families. I hold a Masters degree in Education in Special Education, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, and am a licensed Oklahoma Long-Term Care Administrator. I have also proudly served East Central University for the past seven years and have called Ada, Oklahoma, home for the last fifteen years.
While my education and career have prepared me for this journey, my greatest inspiration has always been my youngest son, Kade, who has severe nonverbal autism. Through him, God placed a calling on my heart to create a place where adults with severe disabilities are valued, loved, and given opportunities to thrive long after they leave the school system.
Promised Crown was founded on the belief that every person is created in the image of God and deserves dignity, purpose, friendship, and the opportunity to experience a full and meaningful life. Our ministry is rooted in Matthew 5:8: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”
As a mother of four sons, educator, administrator, and advocate, I am honored to lead this mission and look forward to serving families throughout our community.

Susan Frazier Brown
Susan Frazier Brown brings more than 34 years of experience in education, leadership, and community service. As a former school superintendent, educator, grant writer, and consultant, Susan has dedicated her career to creating opportunities for students, schools, and communities. She has secured more than $50 million in educational grants and helped establish innovative cooperative programs serving rural Oklahoma schools. Since retiring from school administration, she has continued supporting education through consulting, grant development, program evaluation, and mentoring. Susan is passionate about service, lifelong learning, and helping organizations make a meaningful difference in their communities.

Jamie Good
Jamie Good brings five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong passion for supporting individuals and families. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree, with an expected graduation date of December 2026, as she works toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Jamie is also a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, reflecting her commitment to continued growth and leadership. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jamie is a devoted wife of 16 years and mother of three. Her experience, education, and dedication to serving others continue to shape her passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.

My name is Ashlee Douglas. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Special Education and my master’s degree in Educational Leadership from East Central University. I have a strong passion for supporting individuals with exceptional needs and helping them reach their fullest potential. I have spent the past six years working as a special education teacher, and prior to entering the classroom, I worked in adult vocational services. My experiences have given me a unique perspective on the importance of providing individuals with disabilities the support, opportunities, and resources they need to succeed at every stage of life.
