Where Quality of Life Matters

Promised Crown Severe Disability Transition Program, Inc. will exist to serve adults with severe disabilities and their families through compassionate, person-centered care in a safe and supportive environment.

Our mission is to promote independence, meaningful engagement, and community participation while also providing encouragement and respite for caregivers and families. We believe every individual deserves dignity, purpose, connection, and opportunities to thrive.

Promised Crown will be developed as a licensed Adult Day Center in Ada, Oklahoma, offering services tailored to each participant’s unique abilities, needs, and preferences. Programs and activities are designed to support social interaction, life skills, personal growth, and overall well-being in a structured and welcoming setting.

Our approach focuses on:

  • Person-centered care

  • Meaningful daily activities

  • Community inclusion and participation

  • Social and emotional support

  • Family and caregiver partnership

  • Safety, dignity, and respect

We are committed to creating an environment where individuals feel valued, families feel supported, and quality of life remains at the center of everything we do.
